PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated storage and retrieval warehouse facility restricting lowering of the storage efficiency due to installation of a fire extinguishing agent supply body for supplying a fire extinguishing agent to a fire extinguishing means, as much as possible. SOLUTION: This automated storage and retrieval warehouse facility includes: article storage shelves 2; a stacker crane 3 movable in a movement space K provided on a front surface side of the article storage shelves, having a projecting part Kt projecting outward from the article storage shelf in the right and left direction of the shelf, and transferring articles to an article storage part 17; and the fire extinguishing means extinguishing a fire by spreading the fire extinguishing agent when a fire breaks out. A fire extinguishing agent storage position H, wherein the fire extinguishing agent supply body 24 for supplying a fire extinguishing agent to the fire extinguishing means is to be provided, is arranged at a position opposite to the projecting part of the movement space and adjacent to the article storage shelf in the right and left direction of the shelf.
