PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that though recently, various kinds of bubble baths or fine air bubble baths have been invented, an equipment is so large, expensive, dangerous because of the use of a compressor or AC power, etc., and they are not suitable particularly for a compact bath such as a prefabricated bath of a condominium, are difficult to be installed in the existing baths, and accordingly, are difficult to become popular. SOLUTION: The fine air bubbles are generated by an ultrasonic oscillation; plural sheets are arranged in parallel to raise the efficiency; and the electric source is charged from a manual dynamo. At the same time, an ultraviolet lamp is introduced in order to raise a bacteria-killing activity to make it compact and inexpensive realizing a primary fine air bubble bath readily. Further, the generator is also used for purification of aquariums for aquarium fish supplying oxygen by the generated fine air bubbles, by which the effects exceeds the conventional circulation type.
