PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst coated body which can obtain high photocatalyst gas decomposition activity even when a coating film is carried out by a thick film whose thickness exceeds 2 μm to suppress the deterioration of an enamel coating surface or a clear coating surface and a photocatalyst coating liquid. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst coating body includes a photocatalyst layer on the surface of a base material. The photocatalyst layer is obtained by drying the photocatalyst coating liquid after it is applied. The photocatalyst coating liquid contains photocatalytic titanium oxide particles, zirconia particles, and a curable silicone emulsion. The photocatalytic titanium oxide particle is coated partially or denaturated by a substance having a hydrophobic group.
