TEST HANDLER AND CARRIER BOARD CONVEYANCE SYSTEM FOR TEST HANDLER

PURPOSE: A test handler and a carrier board conveyance system for a test handler are provided to supply a technology to a test handler by moving a carrier board in a process chamber left and right or up and down at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A test handler comprises a loading and unloading system, a soak chamber, a di soak chamber, a supply chamber, a test chamber, a loading device(100), and a board transfer unit. The soak chamber and di soak chamber are arranged at rear left and right of the loading and unloading respectively. The carrier board changes the loaded electronic component to a required temperature conditions or near room temperature. The supply chamber is arranged at the rear left and right of the soak chamber and di soak chamber. The test chamber is arranged in rear part of the supply chamber and electrically connects the electronic component which is mounted in the carrier board to a test side.
