PURPOSE: A stabilizer link is provided to significantly enhance mounting workability since a housing of a synthetic material of ball joint is insert-molded to a rod, and thus processing and welding processes for a forged-product can be omitted. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizer link comprises a ball bearing(300), a housing(200), a ball stud(400) and a dust cover(500). The ball bearing is arranged to be far from one end of a rod(R). The housing is insert-molded by synthetic resin to protect the rod and the ball bearing. The ball stud is mounted so that a ball is placed on the inner circumferential surface of the ball bearing. The ball bearing is divided into a first bearing(310) and a second bearing(320). On the bonding parts of the first and second bearings, protrusions are formed on the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of each bearing to be able to be coupled through a surface contact along a circumference. The dust cover prevents a foreign material, such as dust or moisture, from entering between a ball bearing and a ball(420). |
