PURPOSE: A sub block for the probe card substrate assembly is provided to easily manufacture the probe card substrate assembly by forming the probe card substrate assembly body by inserting the plurality of sub blocks into the carrier substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sub block holes(110) is formed in a carrier substrate(100). A sub block(200) is inserted and fixed in the sub block hole. A plurality of probes(300) is inserted and fixed in the sub block. The insertion part is inserted into the carrier substrate and located in the inner side of the carrier substrate.
