PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fountain apparatus for a food liquid enabling drawing of the liquid to a sufficient height even in a case of drawing the liquid having low viscosity, and easily preparing a pretty continuous film without strictly controlling the viscosity of the liquid. SOLUTION: The liquid is supplied from a liquid supplying port 24 formed at a center of a screw receptor 21 into a space formed by a screw 11 and the screw receptor 21. When the screw 11 is rotated, the liquid is pushed out in the direction of the outer circumference of the rotary axis with a blade formed on the screw 11. A liquid drawing port 26 is formed on an inner side face of the screw receptor 21, and the liquid is supplied from the liquid drawing port 26 through a liquid channel on the upper part 9a of the pump to a cylinder 4.
