PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a remote management service are provided to remotely manage a customer system by an environment under which the customer system can access the internet, thereby minimizing a risk of external hacking. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(210) collects monitoring information from a monitoring target system(100) using a legacy system interface. The interface unit transfers a control command to the monitoring target system. The interface unit receives a result of the control command from the monitoring target system. A monitoring information transmitting unit(220) transfers the monitoring information to the remote management system after a remote management system(300) calls a web method for managing the monitoring information. A control command request unit(230) transfers the result to the remote management system. |
