<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain trap, the drainage performance of which can be prevented from being deteriorated because hairs are accumulated in a seal water chamber such as the periphery of a drain pipe. <P>SOLUTION: This drain trap 1 includes: a drain pipe 8 which is connected to a drain outlet 4a of a washbasin 4 and which guides wastewater flowing out from the drain outlet; a seal water chamber 10 which forms a channel for the wastewater from the drain pipe and which houses seal water capable of closing an outlet portion 8a of the drain pipe: an outflow pipe 14 which is connected to the seal water chamber so as to guide the wastewater, overflowing from the seal water chamber, to a sewerage side; and an overflow pipe 12, the outlet portion 12a of which is positioned on an upstream side with respect to the outflow pipe so as to guide the wastewater flowing out from an overflow port 4b opened above the washbasin. The drain pipe is equipped with a hair adhesion preventing means 18 for preventing the hairs, contained in the wastewater in the seal water chamber, from being kept in the state of adhering to the drain pipe and overflow pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
