PURPOSE: A full-time regenerative compact burner is provided to uniformly distribute and supply combustion air since a flow distribution unit is installed in a combustion air channel of a burner body. CONSTITUTION: A full-time regenerative compact burner comprises a burner body(110), a burner tile(120), a combustion air supply pipe(130), a burner head(140), a combustion gas supply tube(150), an ignition rod(160), and a flame rod(170). Flow distribution units(118,119) of the burner body are installed in bent sections of a first flow path(116). The flow distribution units compensate the flow and velocity difference of combustion air and uniformly distribute flowing air. The burner tile discharges the main air at the high pressure. The combustion air supply pipe supplies first pilot air. The burner head has a combustion air injecting unit(141). The flame rod senses the jump spark ignition of the ignition rod. |
