PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly mix fluids together sequentially from their large-mass states to their finer-mass states, with simple composition, without increasing a fluid-pouring pressure. SOLUTION: Through-hole plate 11, in which two through-holes 11a or the like open, or the like; and a groove plate 21, through which two splits 21a, 21b, which form a cross shape together, or the like pass, or the like; are alternately laminated to each other. Mixing liquids flow from the two through-holes 11a or the like into both ends of one of the slits 21a, 21b or the like, and collide with each other at the center part of the slit, and then flow toward both ends of the other slit which crosses the cross shape to flow into the two through-holes 12a or the like of the next through-hole plate 12 or the like. The cross sections of the flow channels of the slits 21a, 21b or the like are made sequentially smaller toward the latter stage side of the groove plate 21 or the like to sequentially increase a flowing speed.
