PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery control apparatus 20 that reduces a load of a manager in creating a schedule of data delivery.

SOLUTION: The delivery control apparatus 20 is adapted to estimate a minimum available band of a delivery path to each delivery destination when data are delivered, estimate a schedule time at which delivery is completed for all delivery destinations in the estimated respective minimum available bands, and complete the delivery by a designated time by instructing a relaying arrangement existing in each delivery path to increase a band, if the estimated schedule time for delivery completion passes the designated time for delivery completion.
