PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charging device for allowing power feeders of power feeding devices to be removed at appropriate time. SOLUTION: The vehicle charging device 100 is mounted to a vehicle 13 with a battery 15 and an engine, and receives power supplied via the power feeder 23 of the power feeding device 20 disposed in a parking lot to charge the battery 15. The charging device 100 includes a power receiver 70 for supplying the power supplied via the power feeder 23 attached to the vehicle 13 to the battery 15, an attaching and detaching apparatus 60 capable of attaching and detaching the power feeder 23 disposed in the parking lot to and from the vehicle 13 such that the power feeder 23 faces the power receiver 70, an attachment and detachment control unit 61 for controlling attachment and detachment of the power feeder 23 by the attaching and detaching apparatus 60, and a stopping decision unit 41 for determining whether the vehicle 13 is in a stopping state. The attaching and detaching control unit 61 allows the attaching and detaching apparatus 60 to remove the power feeder 23 from the vehicle 13 based on the determination result where the vehicle is not in the stopping state with power feeder 23 attached to the vehicle 13.
