<p>The device (29) has a brake element (52), whose postures are controlled by an electromagnetic actuator (50). The brake element comprises lever-type brake shoes (52A, 52B), whose one end is attached in a swivelable manner around a swiveling axis (54). Another end (73) of the shoes is co-operated with the actuator such that the shoes are found in the closed position in a current-less condition of the actuator and in the opened position, during passage of current in the actuator. A spring element i.e. compression spring, pre-stresses the shoes in a direction of a brake disk.</p> |
