PURPOSE:To obtain a titled cold rolled steel plate efficiently by regulating the coiling temp. after hot rolling low in the case of hot rolling an aluminum killed steel slab of decreased contents of C and Mn and coiling the same. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum killed steel slab contg., by weight, <=0.004% C, <=0.3% Mn, and Al enough to fix N in the steel and consisting of the balance Fe is hot rolled, then it is coiled under regulation of coiling temp. to <580 deg.C. This hot rolled steel plate is pickled, then cold rolled, thereafter, it is subjected to continuous annealing. More preferably, the amt. of Al enough for fixing N in said steel is kept at 0.02-0.08%, and the coiling temp. of the hot rolled steel plate is regulated to <=530 deg.C. |
