PURPOSE:To rotate a wind direction changing blade at constant speed in to relation of wind velocity, by providing the wind direction changing blade, rotated by wind pressure of a fan to the blowing direction of the fan, and providing a rotary motion controller, operated interlocking to a speed selector switch of the fan, for the wind direction changing blade. CONSTITUTION:A round shaped wind direction changing blade 14 consists of plural sheets of blade elements 16, and is both located downward of the blowing direction of a fan 11 and rotated by wind pressure of the fan 11. Then a brake device, applying a brake to rotary motion of the wind direction changing blade 14, is constituted in such a manner that point ends of both spring elements 24 of a brake spring 23 adapted to a boss 15 of the wind direction changing blade 14 to give friction force are adapted to a cam 22 turned by interlocking to a wind velocity selector switch 19. In this way, variable fiction force of the brake spring 23 to the boss 15 in accordance with the selection of wind valocity can obtain a constant rotary speed of the wind direction changing blade 14 in no relation to the wind velocity. |
