PURPOSE: A character motion generating apparatus and recording media based on an artificial intelligence for reflecting the characteristic of a character are provided to solve a unity problem of movement and the diversity shortage of the character motion. CONSTITUTION: A feature vector corresponding to a kind of the inputted motion is randomly selected(S210). A motion vector about new motion is generated by joining all feature vectors(S220). The motion vector is corrected according to the body structure of the previously searched character(S230). The character performs new motion(S240).
