PURPOSE: An apparatus for characteristic inspection and sorting of electronic component are provided to process an electronic component by supplying two electronic component at the same time to a disc. CONSTITUTION: A disc(7) holds an electronic component(1) by a pocket or a pocket pair. A disc drive machinery(3) rotates the disc by a pocket pair An electronic component supply unit(8) supplies the electronic component to a pocket group by the pocket pair. An inspection unit is arranged in rotation range of the disc to correspond to the number of an inspection item. An inspection unit group includes an electrode unit corresponding to an electronic component pair. A classifying unit is arranged in the rotation range of the disc classifying the electronic component according to a classification result. A control device(11) supplies two electronic components to the disc at the same time. |
