PURPOSE: A pump with a valve for reduction in vibration and noise is provided to reduce vibration of a valve during high speed rotation and noise generated by the vibration. CONSTITUTION: A pump with a valve for reduction in vibration and noise comprise a main body(10), a follower(21), a power transmission unit(20), a fixing bracket(30), an intake part, an exhaust part, and a receiving part. A motor is installed inside the main body. The driving shaft of the motor is made eccentric and is connected to the follower. The power transmission unit is connected to the follower to be eccentric and is moved up and down. The fixing bracket connects to one side of the main body and comprises an air chamber(40) with an elevating member of the power transmission unit inside. The intake part is opened when air flows in. The outlet part is opened when the air flows out. The receiving part is formed in the intake part and the exhaust part.
