PURPOSE: A vacuum insulation panel, a core of the vacuum insulation panel, and a method for manufacturing the core of the vacuum insulation panel are provided to prevent the decrease of insulating performance due to the gas leakage from a binder since the shape of the core is maintained without an organic or inorganic binder. CONSTITUTION: A core(150), which is located in the outer skin(110) of an vacuum insulation panel, is formed by the thermal-fusing and bonding of a synthetic resin fiber. The synthetic resin fiber is a stable fiber. A covering material is applied on at least a part of the synthetic resin fiber. The covering material has a lower melting point than the synthetic resin fiber's.
