PURPOSE: A vacuum stirrer for stirring a stirred target while selectively rotating a low speed stirring blade and a high speed stirring blade is provided to efficiently stir the stirred target within the vacuum stirrer without generating bubble in a stirring process. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum stirrer includes a main body(10) with a body(11) and a head(12), a stirring vessel(40) which is installed in the lower part of the head and a stirring part(20) which stirs the stirred target. A low speed stirring blade equips a low speed rotary shaft in the lower part of the low speed stirring blade. A high speed stirring blade equips a high speed rotary shaft in the lower part of the high speed stirring blade.
