PURPOSE: Fermented supplementary health food is provided to offer a unique fermentation component by boiling rice wine, and to enable a user to easily intake traditional medical herb components. CONSTITUTION: Fermented supplementary health food is produced by the following steps: pouring 20L of rice wine into a container, and boiling at 1,300deg C for 30minutes; removing foams from the upper side, and boiling again at 500~600deg C for 4~5hours; adding 5~20% of special traditional medical herb components to the rice wine while boiling; and packing. |
