PURPOSE: A cutting device is provided to enable a performer to easily perform an operation by uniformly forming a suction device and a path in the upper end part of a fat layer. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device(300) comprises a handle(302) and a cutting member(304). The cutting member includes a body part(310) and a cut out part(312) connected to the handle. The cut out part is bent from the body part at a uniform angle. The angle between the body part and the cut out part is about 45° or 90°. The width of the cut out part is tenuously formed than the width of the body part. The cross-sectional side of the cut out part has a curved surface shape. The cutting device prevents from drilling the skin by using the cut out part.
