POLYCARBONATE FORM FOR LINING ANTI-CORRODING MOLTAL ON MARINE STEEL PILE

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate form for applying mortar for preventing a steel pipe pile from becoming corroded is provided to enable thinner and more uniform coated part to be formed to prevent the corrosion of the steel pipe pile, to minimize the separation or the cracking due to the deformation or the movement of the steel pipe pile and to enable an installation work to be easily performed. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate form(100) for applying mortar for preventing a steel pipe pile from becoming corroded comprises a body(110), a horizontal sealing portion(120), a coupling portion(130), a water discharge portion(140), a corrosion-preventing mortar injecting portion(150) and an air intake/exhaust portion(160). The body is formed from polycarbonate. The horizontal sealing portion comprises a gap member and a horizontal watertight member. The gap member forms a gap between the body and a steel pipe pile(11). The horizontal watertight member seals the body to the steel pipe pile. The coupling portion comprises a vertical watertight member and a reinforcing member.
