<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to reduce the calculation time of an input current and to reduce the area of a printed circuit board using two current sensors. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises a DC/DC converter(220), an input current sensor(A) and a controller(240). The DC/DC converter changes DC rectified power, which is alternately input to a first path and a second path, to DC link power. The DC rectified power is obtained by the rectifying of AC power. The input current sensor senses a first input current and a second input current on the DC rectified power, which is input to the first and second paths. The controller calculates the AC input current of the AC power based on the first and second input currents and forms the first and second paths. The DC/DC converter comprises a first boost converter(222) and second boost converter.</p> |
