PURPOSE:To make efficient ''OR'' operation of a graphic which will not have an overlapping part mutually by preparing an overlapping peak table of two given graphic groups and a table showing that the one side peak is located on the other side end and using a facing side table obtained based upon these tables. CONSTITUTION:When ''OR'' of an intermediate graphic A and an output graphic B group is obtained, an overlapping peak of the graphic A and B is obtained and an overlapping peak table is obtained by sorting. A peak A on a side B is obtained, tables A-B are obtained by sorting, and a peak B on a side A is obtained and tables B-A are obtained. A continuous peak group is found from an overlapping peak table in A ascending order and B descending order, the top and the end are recorded in a facing side table, presence or absence of a starting point and a terminal between peak groups recorded to the facing side table are investigated from the A-B table and the B-A table. All buses from a facing side A terminal through a side A to a B terminal are searched and these are stored in an output graphic group arrangement. |
