PURPOSE: A device for controlling a basket for a surface treatment facility is provided to ensure stable work and improved work efficiency and to prevent damage to material caused by friction. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a basket for a surface treatment facility comprises a pair of wheels(109), a barrel(102), a carriage(104), and a controller(120). The controller comprises a basket locker(130) which is installed inside the wheels and controls a basket(101) received in a basket space(108), a positioning unit(150) which positions the barrel where the basket is drawn in and out, an actuating unit which is projected upward from the rear center of the carriage, and a drawing unit(160) including a piston which pushes the rear side of the basket to be drawn out of the barrel.
