SPACE VECTOR MODULATION METHOD OF MATRIX CONVERTER AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A space vector modulation method of a matrix converter is provided to reduce the common mode voltage peak value, and harmonic component. CONSTITUTION: A matrix converter system(200) comprises a power supply unit(210), an input filter part(220), a matrix converter part(230), and a space vector modulation part(240). The power supply unit supplies the variable frequency and voltage. The input filter part removes influence on the main power source by a harmonic component noise which is generated by the high speed switching. A matrix converter part supplies the variable voltage and variable frequency by switching-control the gate of the 9 two-way switches. A space vector modulation part performs direct space vector modulation in order to control the switching of the matrix converter.
