<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material machining system which allows a user to select a plate material machining apparatus and determine an interruption timing when interruption of a new job occurs so as to minimize machining time loss of each plate material machining apparatus, and to provide a machining schedule setting method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: When an interruption of a new job occurs while a plurality of plate material machining apparatuses 11 perform arbitrary jobs based on a preset machining schedule, a plate material machining apparatus 11 to be interrupted by the new job and interruption timing for the new job are set so that the new job and other jobs do not exceed their designated finish time set in advance for each of the jobs.
