<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon board for evaluating characteristics of a printed circuit board, which facilitates inspecting the direction of fibers buried in the printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The coupon board for evaluating characteristics of the printed circuit board which is used as a base for cutting the printed circuit board is cut out together with the printed circuit board from a plate material containing a plurality of fibers extending in a predetermined direction.
