PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disinfectant for an influenza virus and tubercle bacillus in which safety is high, and which can be used even a place which human's skin may touch. SOLUTION: The disinfectant for an influenza virus and tubercle bacillus comprises mixing a silver ion prepared to have the concentration of 5-100 ppm by weight and ethanol of 75-99.5% by weight by a weight ratio of the silver ion to ethanol=50-70:50-30. The disinfectant which comprises mixing a silver ion water solution of 15 ppm of a concentration and an ethanol aqueous solution of 99.5% of a concentration at a ratio of 50:50 shows an influenza inactivation effect. The disinfectant which comprises mixing a silver ion water solution of 5 ppm of a concentration and an ethanol aqueous solution of 99.5% of a concentration at a ratio of 70:30 shows a tubercle bacillus inactivation effect. These disinfectants can carry out the inactivation of an influenza virus and tubercle bacillus, scarcely damages human's skin, and further has no possibility of discoloring an article.
