SERVER FOR MEMBER MANAGEMENT AND METHOD FOR MANAGING MEMBERS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A member management server and a member management method using the same are provided to determine each ID according to the shape of a user terminal and enable a user to access a convergence site through an ID suitable for an access environment of a user, thereby enabling the user to connect to the convergence site by the most convenient method. CONSTITUTION: A member managing unit(123) generates unique member identification keys for each user according to a member management request received from a convergence site. The member managing unit connects IDs corresponding to each user terminal and access environment information according to each ID with the member identification keys. The member managing unit stores the connected information in a database(127). An authentication processing unit(125) searches the access environment information and the member identification keys matched with the member identification keys to authenticate a member according to a member authentication processing request.
