<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device having two conveying members for conveying a developer in a longitudinal direction and forming a circulation path, which are disposed facing a developer carrier, path for supplying and collecting the developer to/from the developer carrier separately, and a developer regulating member disposed below the developer carrier; to prevent screw-pitched density unevenness corresponding to the pitch of the screw part of a first conveying member from being generated on an output image; and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The first conveying member 13b1 is a screw member constituted by helically winding the screw part around a shaft part.
