<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing hydrogen, which uses water and can easily extract hydrogen from water at a lower temperature and a lower pressure than conventionally. <P>SOLUTION: Water, tourmaline 76 and aluminum 78 are accommodated in a vessel 60, and the water is heated by a heating means 74. Thereby, many plus electrodes and minus electrodes emerge on the tourmaline 76; and the plus electrodes and the minus electrodes generate weak currents to promote the electrolysis of the water in the vessel 60, thus generating a large amount of hydrogen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
