PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device having a touch panel. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes a display panel 100 for displaying an image, a frame 300 to cover the side end face of the display panel, and a touch panel 200 which is located at one side of the display panel 100 opposed to the frame 300 and the display panel 100.
