METHOD FOR PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONALLY SHAPED ARTICLE AND THREE-DIMENSIONALLY SHAPED ARTICLE OBTAINED BY THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensionally shaped article, which considers a phenomenon and item peculiar to a method of stacking layers of a sintered powder, which uses a metal powder. SOLUTION: The method for producing the three-dimensionally shaped article includes repeating the steps of: (i) irradiating a predetermined part of a powder layer with a light beam and sintering or melting and solidifying the predetermined part of the powder to form a sintered layer; and (ii) forming a new powder layer on the obtained sintered layer and irradiating a predetermined part of the new powder layer with the light beam to further form a sintered layer thereon.
