PURPOSE: A wild grass salt enzyme, and a producing method of soybean paste containing the wild grass salt enzyme is provided to reduce the failure rate for producing the soybean paste. CONSTITUTION: A wild grass salt enzyme is produced by the following steps: extracting wild grass using the salinity of salt; firstly fermenting the wild grass extract for 100days, and filtering; and secondly fermenting the wild grass extract for 100 days after controlling the concentration of the salt into 18baume. The activation of aerobic bacteria inside the wild grass extract prevents the breeding of anaerobic bacteria inside soybean paste.
