PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a butter melting device for impregnating butter into bread so as to solve the problem that though solid butter is spread on the surface of bread when eating bread, it is hard to spread or it gives a feeling that the butter is not spread enough. SOLUTION: In the butter melting device, butter is put into a heat-resisting container, and then the butter is melted by heating the container using electricity, and the butter is impregnated into the bread.
