摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic characteristics of the titled silicon steel plate by a method wherein the annealing to be performed on cold rolling after the silicon steel slab containing a specific fundamental component is subjected to hot rolling is conducted by controlling the atmosphere in the specific mixed gas composition. CONSTITUTION:The fundamental component contains C of 0.06wt% or less, Si of 2.0-4.0wt% or less, Mn of 0.09wt% or less, Al of 0.1-3.0wt%, and N or 0.0025wt% or less. The annealing, to be performed before conducting a cold rolling after the silicon steel slab having the above-mentioned fundamental component is hot-rolled, is performed by controlling the atmosphere in the mixed gas composition. As a result, the iron loss of the matrix iron itself can be reduced without fundamentally changing the number of processes heretofore performed.
