The heat-generating nuclear reactor collector with a guide tube construction for “tube-in-tube” type- regulating rod including an end-plug drawable axially up to the level placing over the bottommost grating where it is pressuretight connected by its upper end with the bottom end-the guide tube for regulating rods. The guide tube bottom end-plug has a screw recess in the upper end conforming by the form and size to a damper end-plug screw end used as an insertion to the bottom guide tube end. The aperture bored in the outside wall of guide tube end-plug at the level of the bottom part of the recess is an inspection window for overseeing the correct damper seat.
