PURPOSE:To give a stereoscopic feeling to a discriminating display to improve the decorative effect by providing the discriminating display on the surface of a transparent base material having the colored back while providing a film made of transparent synthetic resin on the surface of the base material to cover the discriminating display. CONSTITUTION:Decorative moldings formed of sheet-like transparent synthetic resin or the like are used for a base material 1. And proper color tone paint is applied to the back of the base material 1 to form a paint layer 2 while the discriminating displays of type, name, symbol, etc. of an automobile are provided on the surface of the base material 1. Also, a film 4 with a proper thickness uses transparent synthetic resin to cover the discriminating display 3 over the whole surface side of the base material. Thus, since the film 4 has the thickness, a depth feeling is given to the discriminating display 3 and since a wall thickness of the base material 1 is interposed between the discriminating display 3 and the colored layer 2, the discriminating display 3 appears to be floated up from the colored layer 2. Thus, a stereoscopic feeling is given to the decorative moldings to improve the decorative effect. |
