PURPOSE:To damp a vibration from a driving system, by forming orifices between the internal periphery of an input member and the periphery of an output side arm and displacing working fluid to be circulated. CONSTITUTION:If an input member 5 rapidly turns in the peripheral direction for an output member 3, a clutch disc rapidly increases the pressure in one fluid chamber 8 while rapidly decreases the pressure in the other fluid chamber 8. The clutch disc, allowing by a difference between these pressures working fluid in the one fluid chamber 8 to flow into the other fluid chamber 8 through narrow orifices 10..., displaces the working fluid to be circulated. Accordingly, the clutch disc, being given a predetermined level of circulative resistance by each orifice 10..., damps a vibration in a rotary direction of the input member 5 for the output member 3.
