PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safe construction and construct a reliable foundation in a knockdown disposal frame and a method thereof for molding a foundation concrete aligned with the angle of the low panel of a square earth retaining wall concrete block which is obtained by providing an open angle of approximately 15°to the low panel of the square earth retaining wall concrete block for civil engineering earth retaining construction. SOLUTION: In this knockdown disposable frame 18 for molding a foundation concrete and a method of constructing the knockdown disposable frame, molding is performed according to an open leg angle obtained by adding approximately 15°to the low panel of the square earth retaining wall concrete block. The frame is assembled during the construction, checked in the horizontal and vertical directions and secured to a road bed. After depositing a ready mixed concrete, the concrete is finished with a spatula by using the upper part of the disposal frame as a rule. The frame 18 and the method of construction can be used for a concrete block for civil engineering material earth retaining wall, can shorten installation and construction time, can save construction cost, and can rationalize the construction.
