Method comprises: providing a binder (silica sol) used in construction; and developing an application mortar/a restoration mortar for closing several centimeters deep defects by adding small amounts of a catalytic material to an aggregate mixture, where the charge ratio in the silica sol is modified by the pH of the catalyst so that an agglomeration of the solid particle surface takes place through charge shift in the sol. The obtained restoration mortar is delivered to the user in the form of a dry mix component and a silica sol dispersion, which is easy to mix and process similar to gypsum. The obtained restoration mortar is delivered to the user in the form of a dry mix component and a silica sol dispersion, which is easy to mix and process similar to gypsum, and kept for 30-50 minutes after the processing to complete initial drying out, and to carry out long time (until the mixture has the residual moisture) complex additions under high post-processing costs. A small amount of the catalyst (e.g. white cement) shows a thixotropic behavior, but the addition of the catalyst in large amount allows the mortar to response quickly, and making the processing impossible.
|
