PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine with excellent combustion efficiency, and an efficient pressure-sending means. SOLUTION: A conventional compression operation mechanism for fluid using a piston and a crank mechanism is replaced by a true-circle rotation mechanism enabled in efficient true circle rotation compression operation. A true-circle rotation expansion mechanism is provided for converting expansion pressure and energy obtained from the combustion of fuel directly into a true-circle rotation direction while eliminating an energy loss caused by contact, friction and adhesion in the rotation operation.
