PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent theft of a card without requiring complicated operation in an in-vehicle electronic device onto which a card reader can be mounted, by collating a PIN code, and the like, only when the card is ejected. SOLUTION: A control part detects if the card is loaded in the card reader, simultaneously or sequentially displays a confirmation screen for selecting, on a display part, whether to eject the card when the card is loaded, and an input screen for requiring input of a collation code when the card is ejected, and verifies the collation code input by the input screen, with a collation code set in advance when the card eject is selected.
