PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that the one terminal block can not be fixed to the other terminal block while being brought into contact with each other, resulting in undesirale workability in fixing one terminal block to the other terminal block. SOLUTION: A depth direction dimension (a) of a storage part 4 recessed in a cylinder 3 of the one terminal block 1 relative to a longitudinal direction b of a male screw 8 of a terminal screw 6 is constructed to have a large dimension meeting a relation of a>b, and the entire male screw 8 of the terminal screw 6 is inserted into the storage part 4 of the cylinder 3 of the one terminal block 25. In a state where the plate 2 of the one terminal block 1 is brought into contact with the plate 11 of the other terminal block 10, the male screw 8 of the terminal screw 6 is screwed into the female screw 12 formed in the other terminal block 10, so that the one terminal block 1 and the other terminal block 10 are fastened with each other.
