A method for artificial insemination of heifers using sperm doses in the form of closed granules, comprising the preparation of a sper dose by its volume increasing by additional dissolution, catheter introducing into heifer’s vagina, clitoris massage and administration of sperm by self-flowing into reproductive tracts, where the sperm is used in sealed envelope, from which it is collected and transferred by a syringe into polyethylene ampule with sugar and salt solution for additional dissolution. |
