PURPOSE: A bending device without a mandrel is provided to implement bending of multiple angles at a time and bending of a minute angle using an encoder. CONSTITUTION: A bending device without a mandrel comprises a housing(10), a disk member(20), a screw rod(30), a handle member(40), a clamp member(50), an encoder(60), a control panel(70), and a controller(80). The disk member is located on the upper end of the housing and has a central disk groove(24). The handle member rotates the screw rod. The clamp member is transferred according to the rotation of the screw rod toward or away from the disk member. The encoder controls the rotation angle of the disk member. The control panel is inputted with multiple rotation angles. The controller controls the rotation of a motor according to the values inputted to the control panel.
