FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fibre application machine intended for production of composite material parts. Proposed machine comprises additionally, at least, one system of fibre tension-limiting system. The latter is arranged between cylinders with fibres wound thereon and fibre application head. Said system comprises, at least, two cylinders and their drives that allow identical rpm of cylinders. Said drives are controlled by machine control unit. Cylinder peripheral speed exceeds that of fiber translation. Fibre transfer appliances comprises flexible tubes. Each said tube may receive one fibre into its inner bore. Machine has also appliances for applying gum on each fibre. Said appliances are arranged to apply gum on fibres at guides outlets. ^ EFFECT: smaller overall sizes, simple design, lower costs. ^ 21 cl, 17 dwg |
